Coolkidz Australia has one mission and that is to exceed our customer’s expectations both in service and our products. In the unlikely event that the wrong product has been sent (ie we have made the error), or if the product is defective, please notify Coolkidz customer service within 48hrs of receiving the goods at email@example.com.
Our support team will respond within 1-2 working days with a return authority. Once the goods have been returned to the address below, replacement good(s) will be sent immediately, together with a transfer for the cost of sending the goods back to Coolkidz. Please do not return good(s) to Coolkidz without a return authority.

In the event that the good(s) are faulty, the customer may request a refund. In most cases, however, the product(s) is replaced or repaired. It is up to the consumer to package the item up for return, Coolkidz Australia will not be responsible for packaging return items.

A child not seated in the stroller can insert their fingers in the brake disc while the stroller is in use which can cause an amputation injury.
Consumers can contact Coolkidz Australia by submitting their details in the form to arrange a replacement disc brake for both wheels free of charge.
