How does mix-and-save work?
The discount depends on how many different brands are in your order: 5% for two brands, 10% for three and 15% for four or more. It's applied at checkout.
Are the prices the same as the brand websites?
Yes. Single products are the same price here as on each brand's own Australian site. The mixed-brand saving only happens here.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is free Australia-wide on orders over $100, and $12.95 for orders under $100. Everything ships from the Coolkidz warehouse, and large items may arrive separately. Delivery details.
How do returns and refunds work?
See our refund policy. For a faulty product, open a ticket at help.coolkidz.com.au and our team will sort it out.
Do products come with an Australian warranty?
Yes. Everything is official Australian stock, and warranty claims for every brand go through help.coolkidz.com.au.
How does the gift registry work?
Create a registry, add products from any of our brands, and share one link. Bought gifts come off the list on their own. Start a registry.
