Promotional and Discount Codes
- Promotional and discount codes are valid on full-price merchandise only, unless otherwise specified. The discount does not apply to sale items or items which are already discounted.
- Promotion codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a new order placed via the website.
- Vouchers do not cover shipping fees unless order is, or is greater than $100, only then does it qualify for free shipping.
- Discounts codes cannot be retrospectively applied to previous orders or used in conjunction with any other promotional and discount codes, or unless otherwise stated.
- “Final Sale” items cannot be returned and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges as per Australian Consumer Law.
- In the event of part of the order being returned, the monetary value returned will be the value of the item/s at the time of the transaction, ie: with discount applied. The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items. If the offer is still valid at the time of making a return you should place a new order using the original promotional code.
- We reserve the right to decline orders where, in its opinion, a promotion code is invalid.
If you are experiencing difficulties with redeeming any offer online, please contact our Customer Service team prior to placing an order. Coolkidz Australia is unable to amend any online orders once they have been submitted and will not be able to apply any discount code to any orders retrospectively.
Warehouse Sale Items Terms
All products included in this warehouse sale are clearance items and are available while stocks last. All clearance purchases are final, and we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind. In the event that a product is found to be faulty or defective, remedies will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Prices apply for the promotional period only and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.
Toddler Seat Purchases*: Please note that the toddler seat is being sold as a clearance item only and does not include a pram frame. Replacement pram frames are not available for purchase separately. Coolkidz Customer Service can only provide replacement frames to customers who already own the corresponding pram and require a replacement due to a confirmed damaged or faulty frame, subject to warranty and assessment requirements. By purchasing this toddler seat, you acknowledge that a new pram frame cannot be purchased separately through Coolkidz. Please ensure you already own a compatible pram frame before completing your purchase.
