Promotional and Discount Codes

• Promotional and discount codes are valid on full-price merchandise only, unless otherwise specified. The discount does not apply to sale items or items which are already discounted.
• Promotion codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a new order placed via the website.
• Vouchers do not cover shipping fees unless order is, or is greater than $100, only then does it qualify for free shipping. 
• Discounts codes cannot be retrospectively applied to previous orders or used in conjunction with any other promotional and discount codes, or unless otherwise stated. 
• “Final Sale” items cannot be returned and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges as per Australian Consumer Law.
• In the event of part of the order being returned, the monetary value returned will be the value of the item/s at the time of the transaction, ie: with discount applied. The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items. If the offer is still valid at the time of making a return you should place a new order using the original promotional code.
• We reserve the right to decline orders where, in its opinion, a promotion code is invalid.

If you are experiencing difficulties with redeeming any offer online, please contact our Customer Service team prior to placing an order. Coolkidz Australia is unable to amend any online orders once they have been submitted and will not be able to apply any discount code to any orders retrospectively.

Free Express Shipping Australia-wide: Orders over $100 qualify for free express shipping within Australia (excluding bulky furniture). The total value of the purchased product(s) must exceed $100 (including GST and after discounts). No action is required to receive this discount, as it will be automatically applied at checkout. Our orders are shipped using Startrack (Australia Post) and require a signature upon delivery. You will also receive a tracking number to monitor your order.

10% off Welcome Discount: Applies to only new customers who have entered their details to sigh up to Coolkidz Newsletters. 10% off discount is valid on your next purchase of $100 or more, excluding shipping costs. Discount can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
